Washington's Hunter Education Course

SAVE THE DATES:  August 18th through August 21st | 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Open to the public, but please RSVP.
 
Anyone born after January 1, 1972 must take this course to obtain a hunting license. Course covers gun safety, general hunting regulations, survival, wildlife conservation, sportsmanship and other gun safety information.
 
American Legion post will have hamburgers, hot dogs, pop and chips available before class and during break time for purchase as a reasonable donation.

The parents should also teach the children about gun safety, because there would a higher chance that they would encounter some weapon in the house that would trigger their curiosity. I guess, even kids who are not interested in hunting can benefit from these kind of classes.
