I am a boy scout from Troop 535 and I am working on starting my Eagle Project. One part of my Eagle project that I am hoping to do is that I would like to interview and videotape some stories of those who have been in the military. I would like to organize some boy scouts to help and conduct the interviews. I wonder if it would be possible to send these interview to local libraries and national archives. The second part I am hoping to do for my Eagle project is some maintenance work for the American Legion Hall.

| | I just wanted to let you know that I finished the painting projects outside at The American Legion hall. I have attached some finished photos. I put painters masking tape around the edges of the lettering ,the flagpole and the two parking poles. I then applied one coat of red paint today. My father and I also picked up trash in front of the cement sign, edged, and mowed the grass in front of the sign to make it look crisp and neat. We have a half gallon of paint left over that we will give you for future painting touch-ups. We also got a group of scouts together to replace the ivy with mulch.
