The Gary Sinise Foundation made a good decision by bringing WWII veterans to the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. I am sure there was a mixture of feelings when they were able to reach the museum. So many memories were brought back and some of them may have felt a different kind of sadness knowing that the experience they had been was no joke. But it was the foundation's way of honoring them. Actually, I am so proud of them because without them, we might be living on a different set up nowadays!
